A birthday, a candle, and a wish...

What girl would not love a birthday card wrapped in pink and pearls with a yummy cupcake digital stamp from Fresh Brewed Design. The challenge (#30) this week from Fresh Brewed is to create a card in black and white and one more color. Pink has got to be the way to go in this card adorned with ribbon and pearls. The cupcake was colored in Copic Markers (tender pink RV13 and shock pink RV04) and then frosted in Stickles diamond glitter. Finally, a little pink pearl heart adds a lasting sentiment.

Where did my creative adventure take me today? To a sweet 16 party. Don't you wish you were 16 again?

Stay warm harted, Elizabeth

  3. Love, love this card. The colors you selected are perfect, and that tiny cupcake is adorable. I was at Magnolia Bakery in NYC yesterday and this card brings back all the terrific smells from there. And there cupcakes are amazing!! 49th and 6th Avenue, not to be missed if you are in the Rockefeller Center area.
