Otter...

    Okay, the frill beads create the perfect bubbling water. WOW! I love this entire card; the sentiment, image, layering, coloring! Great card!

    Love your card....this is the next image I want to work with. I like your blue playful color on the tummy and the things in the water around him....almost look like little flowers. You really brought the fun out with this image.
