This is one of my favorite Halloween cards.
I used paper piecing on the cute outfit and hat. Added clear gems
from Eyelet Outlet for a little sparkle. The sentiment was framed with green
square jewels with a gold edge. Then to finish it up I added some glitter.

I love this card! Thanks for linking up last week at Crafting Happiness Challenges. This week the card theme is trees - it can be a forest, a leaf, a Christmas tree, etc. The Not a card theme is always anything goes and doesn't have to follow the theme.
